Mr. T. N. Acharya is a fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in audit, consultancy service and preparation of financial feasibilities of hydro power projects.

He is actively involved in development of various hydro powers in the form of investor and consultant for the past decade. He is actively involved as financial consultant of various Hydropower companies on behalf of Banks also.

• Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN); The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI); and Management Association of Nepal
• Has experience as Board Member of Nepal Airlines Corporation, Nepal Electricity Authority, Citizen Investment Trust; Executive Member The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal; and Member of Local Body Fiscal Commission under Ministry of Local Development

Mr. T. N. Acharya’s involvements in other Hydro Power Projects are as follows:

• Ex-Board of Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), worked as member and coordinator in various Sub-committees in NEA. Involved in several investigations, field visit of various hydropower projects, transmission line project, distribution services during the board membership of NEA;
• Actively involved in development of Chhandi Khola Small Hydropower Project 2W and Upper Chhandi Khola Small Hydro Power Project 4 MW;
• Financial Consultant of 12 Hydropower Projects appointed by Various Consortium Banks;
• Business plan and financial feasibility study of 27 Hydropower Companies;
• Statutory/Internal audit of 16 Hydropower Companies,
• Accounting Consultancy of 17 Hydropower Companies.

Experience:

Mr. Rishi Ram Pandit currently works as a Deputy CEO at the Hydroelectricity Investment & Development Company Limited (HIDCL)  since November 2025, with prior roles as Director at the Securities Board of Nepal and Assistant Director at Nepal Insurance Authority. He has served in senior finance and regulatory professional with leadership experience in Nepal’s hydropower investment, capital market regulation, insurance supervision, and higher education sectors. He has strong background in Finance and Economics, with expertise in regulation, policy analysis, governance and institutional leadership. Some of his involved  Business sectors and Organizations are : 

• Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Co. Ltd. (HIDCL), New Baneshwor, Kathmandu

Mr. Ramesh Adhikari has 20 years experience in various government, private and hydropower sector.

• Former General Manager at Singati Hydropower Project.
• Associated with Bigu Energy Pvt. Ltd. and Maitry Tara Multipurpose Co-operative.
• Founder/Promoter of Sunrise Bank Limited, Barun Hydropower Co. Ltd, Arun Kabeli Hydropower Proejct, Trisuli Galchi Hydropower Project, Dordi Hydropower Project, Singati Hydropower Project, Dordi B1 Hydropower Project  and Solu  Dudhkoshi Hydropower Project. 
• Worked as Finance Manager & CEO in Barun Hydropower Project; HR Manager in Balephy Hydropower Project, Finance Officer in Center for Victims  of Torture Nepal , HR officer  in Bojini Hydropower Company and also worked in Government office.
